Keep your lift operating at peak performance
Australian lift code requires regular maintenance for elevating devices. For commercial premises, maintenance is required more frequently.
With proper maintenance, lifting devices provide many years of safe and reliable use. We offer Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) to ensure your lift is serviced on a regular basis.
Savaria products are backed by a 3-year manufacturer's limited parts warranty when you have a PMA, and a 1-year manufacturer's limited parts warranty with no PMA. For other products, please contact your local Savaria representative. If your product is still under warranty, you must use an authorised Savaria technician to service your lift.
Effective for elevators and lifts sold after Jan 1, 2021. For equipment installed before this date, please contact your local Savaria representative to verify the warranty term provided with your equipment.
If you require service and your product is no longer under warranty, contact the location where you purchased your product.
Due to the technical nature of our products and safety concerns, we only provide technical support to authorised Savaria representatives.
